C of VICTORIA over smaller C. Large G of D:G:. Well struck N's and straight colon after BRITANNIAR. With or w/o die crack[s] from dentil through field between NA of REGINA and from dentil to Queen's truncation.
Last 1 of date above and near 4's topline. Double struck bar, baseline and tail of 2 in fraction. Defective right end of ribbon. With or w/o die crack[s] from dentil to leave at 4 & 8 o'clock.
